Target customer

A neighbourhood coffee shop serving commuters, remote workers and weekend visitors.

Original problem

The previous concept buried opening hours, the menu and location inside a dated layout with no clear action.

Design solution

A calm editorial system puts the menu, atmosphere and practical visit details first, then makes ordering or directions a single tap away.

Customer journey

See the atmosphere, scan the menu and opening times, then choose directions or order ahead without hunting through the site.

Conversion goal

Turn local discovery into an in-person visit or an advance order.

Mobile design

Opening hours, directions and ordering remain within easy thumb reach, with photography and text stacked in a clear reading order.
