This practical summary explains how JBNetworks handles enquiries, supplied products, installation and support. The specific scope and terms for websites or assessed installations are confirmed in a saveable written quotation.

Straightforward supply-only orders use SumUp hosted checkout or a secure SumUp payment link issued after the order is checked.
Prices shown in the basket include the selected goods and chosen collection or delivery option. No optional cable or other extra is preselected.
A successful return page is not treated as payment proof; the SumUp transaction status is checked before fulfilment.
An order reference and a saveable confirmation of the goods, total and fulfilment route are provided after payment.
Delivery, collection & stock
Free collection is arranged from Sywell only after James confirms that the goods are ready.
The pilot UK tracked-delivery rate is £6.95 for suitable straightforward orders. Remote, oversized or unusual orders may need a separate quote before payment.
Most hardware is sourced to order. The normal estimate shown is 2–5 working days, but the confirmed lead time is provided with the order.
Unless a different timescale is agreed, applicable distance-selling delivery requirements and statutory rights continue to apply.
Installation bookings
Standard installation is £100 for up to three supplied mesh units and a visit of up to two hours.
Extended four-unit installation starts at £150 and up to three hours, subject to suitability confirmation.
Large-property six-unit work starts at £225 and requires an assessment before equipment is ordered.
Cabling, electrical work, difficult drilling, concealment, wall mounting, outbuilding links, extra travel and unrelated fault-finding are separately agreed in writing.
Cancellation & rescheduling
For most distance-sold goods, consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell the seller they wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
For services, cancellation rights and any request to begin work during a cancellation period are explained in the individual quotation or order confirmation.
Installation rescheduling should be requested as early as possible. Any charge must reflect the agreed terms and circumstances rather than an automatic penalty.
Website deposits, milestones and cancellation consequences are written into the proposal before payment.
Returns, faults & refunds
To start a return, contact James with the order reference before sending anything back. Return instructions and the correct address will be confirmed.
For eligible online change-of-mind returns, the goods should be handled only as they would be in a shop. The customer may be responsible for return postage where this was explained before purchase.
Faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods are handled under applicable consumer law. Manufacturer warranty is additional support, not a replacement for statutory rights.
Where a refund is due, it is sent through the original payment route within the applicable legal timescale after the goods or required return evidence are received.
Privacy, cookies & records
Form details are used to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange work and provide support. They are not sold or added to an unrelated marketing list.
Quote and order records are retained only for operational, support, accounting and legal needs, then removed when no longer required.
SumUp processes payment-card details on its hosted service; JBNetworks does not receive or store full card details.
The current site uses essential device storage for the basket. Any future analytics or non-essential cookies will require an updated notice and, where required, consent.
Consumer information
Statutory rights remain yours.
This summary does not reduce rights provided by UK consumer law. Official guidance explains pre-contract information, distance-sale cancellation, returns, faulty goods and refund duties.
The individual written quotation or order confirmation records the agreed commercial details and cannot remove statutory rights.
